Christina has been a health & fitness professional for over 15 years and has been a student of movement and health since childhood. Her passion for the mind-body connection and healing the body through dance, martial arts, and mind-body fitness inspires others around the country to do to the same. Christina enjoys helping her clients find balance in and out of the studio, and is no stranger to this herself as a busy mom to 3 young children.
Christina received her BS in Physical education and an M.Ed in Health Education at Springfield College and considers herself a lifelong student. Since her time at Springfield, Christina has received numerous certifications in an effort to better help her clients. She specializes in personal training, dance fitness, Pilates, yoga, fitness boxing, and mind-body boot camp classes.
